General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once (per person / device / address).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Kecino App reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer.

Wagering Requirement Example

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kecino App. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Participation in match fixing or Sports manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Misconduct or threats toward staff.

You can request to close your Kecino App account at any time. Contact support and the process will be completed within 48 hours. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing.

Kecino App may close or suspend an account for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspected fraud, KYC verification failure, or legal obligations. Where reasonable grounds exist, you will be notified by email prior to closure.
